The Peermade Marketing Co-operative Society Ltd (PMCS) is located at Kumily, the gateway of the world famous tourist centre “Thekkady” in Idukki District is also known as “ the Spice Town of Kerala”. The society registered in 1989 and governed under Co-operative Societies Act. The society is actively involved in the marketing of agricultural inputs required for various farming systems. Further it functions as a support system to the farmers by collecting the produce directly and ensuring the market to the produce.PMCS is one the leading spices suppliers in Kerala. The Society directly collects from farmers and market, after quality based grading. This ensures the availability of quality products at a reasonable cost. We are also involved in marketing handicraft products which are collected directly from small scale units producers.
